Do I have to be at home for the appointment?

Yes. As a tenant you must provide access to the apartment for meter replacement, installation or inspection.

Can I move the appointment to another time?

Individual appointments are usually not possible. Please organize access through relatives, neighbors or another agreed solution.

What should I prepare?

Please make sure all meters are freely accessible. Our technicians are not allowed to move furniture, washing machines, shelves, bins or other objects.

The replaced meter is dripping. What should I do?
